Fryer, pan and grill: gyoza, karaage, tempura and donburi through a busy service.

You run a section, know the menu well enough to steer people to their next favourite, and keep the room moving.

Orders in by phone and online, bags out on time, and a friendly word for everyone who comes to collect.
