Paradise Valley Villa
A desert house of arches and lime plaster, built to stay cool and to look warm.
Every opening is an arch, from the steel-framed doors onto the olive garden to the niches that hold the books. The walls are lime-washed plaster that moves with the light, and the floors are a chequerboard of limestone and travertine that stays cool underfoot.
Furniture is low, round and few. Brass is used where the hand lands: taps, pulls, the sconces, and the sculptural pendant over the hall.
The study is the only dark room, with a fire, a round desk and arched shelving lit from inside for the things the owners bring back from travelling.

Androgyne Dining Table
An oak base of interlocking planes under a round top in wood or stone. Round tables make better conversations, and this one seats more people than it looks.

IC Lights S1
Michael Anastassiades' opal glass sphere, balanced on a thin brass arm. It looks weightless over a table and holds its own among plaster mouldings.

Filtered Showerhead
A filtered showerhead that does not look like a gadget. It comes in polished chrome, brushed nickel and black, so it can match the rest of the fittings.
