Video

A video editor that opens in a tab.

A real nonlinear editor — source and program monitors, a frame-accurate timeline, ripple edits and full undo history. No installer, no render farm, no licence to transfer between machines.

  • Import media and review it in a source monitor with in/out points
  • Frame-accurate timeline — insert, move, trim, ripple delete
  • Multi-track video and audio with sync-safe ripple across tracks
  • Full undo and redo, including multi-track operations
  • Save and reopen projects; export your sequence

What’s inside

Import. Cut. Trim. Export.

Import

Bring in footage and audio, review it in the source monitor, and set in and out points that land exactly on the frame you chose.

Cut

Insert to the timeline across multiple video and audio tracks, with ripple behaviour that keeps everything in sync by default.

Trim

Move, trim and ripple-delete clips, clamped to the media you actually have — with an undo history that restores every track together.

Export

Save your project and reopen it exactly as you left it, then export the finished sequence when you’re done.

This one is genuinely early

Lacoura Video is newer than Lacoura 3D and we’d rather say so. The core editing loop is solid and frame-accurate, but export currently records in real time, audio sync is close rather than sample-perfect, and the timeline doesn’t draw waveforms yet. It’s free while we get there, and telling us what breaks is the most useful thing you can do.
