Small batch.
Big flavor.

Four all natural marinade mixes, blended in small batches. One pack is the whole marinade: mix, marinate, cook.

The pack

A window on every pack.

Cedar Creek comes in recyclable kraft paper with a window cut into the front. In the window is the dish the blend was made for, so you can pick by the picture from the end of the aisle.

How to use

Mix. Marinate. Cook.

One pack is one marinade. No measuring the spices, no shelf of jars.

The long version
  1. 01

    Mix

Stir the pack into a few spoons of oil with something sharp: lemon, lime or a splash of vinegar. That is the marinade.

  2. 02

    Marinate

Coat the meat, fish or vegetables, cover and leave them in the fridge: half an hour for fish and vegetables, longer for meat, overnight for ribs.

  3. 03

    Cook

Grill, roast or sear as you usually would. Wipe off the excess first so the outside browns rather than steams.

Our story

Small batch, all natural.

Cedar Creek blends natural spices in small batches. In 2015 the marinade mixes moved into the pack you see here: kraft paper, the name in script down the side, the dish in the window.
