Can I change the coffee?
Any time, from the email we send before each shipment. Roaster’s choice sends whatever we are most excited about that week.
When does it ship?
Wednesday, the day after roasting. Most of Chicago has it on Thursday.
Can I pause?
Yes, from the same email, for as long as you like. We would rather you paused than let a bag go stale.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes. Choose any café and your bag waits behind the counter from Thursday.
Is there a commitment?
No. Stop whenever. We will miss you.
