These terms cover your use of lacoura.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

Lacoura is a design studio: branding, websites and packaging for companies with a product to sell. This site shows our work, explains our services and is how new clients reach us. There is nothing to buy here and no account to sign up for.

Working with us

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Every project starts with a written proposal, and once both sides have agreed it, that proposal and its terms govern the work, not this page.

Sending an enquiry or a pro bono application does not commit either of us to anything. We choose pro bono projects at our discretion.

Please don’t send anything confidential through the contact form. If a project needs it, we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share the details. Ideas you tell us about stay yours.

The work shown here

The projects on this site are our design work, shown with the client’s permission where it was made for a client. Client names, products and trademarks belong to their owners.

Some pieces are self-initiated, made to explore an idea. They are not connected with, or endorsed by, any company that happens to use a similar name.

You are welcome to link to any page and to share it. Please don’t copy or reuse the images, write-ups or articles, or present our work as your own, without asking us first.

The journal

Articles on our blog are general information drawn from our own experience. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, we don’t control it and aren’t responsible for what it says or does.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on it.
