Tomatillos, limes, green chiles and cilantro on a dark wooden table

Our story

More than salsa.
A better standard.

We believe in real ingredients, cleaner choices and bold flavors that bring people together.

  • Real ingredients
  • No seed oils
  • Cooked in avocado oil
Red peppers charring over an open flame and glowing coals

The process

Fire roasted for real flavor.

We roast our vegetables over an open flame to bring out deeper, bolder, more complex flavors in every jar.

  1. 01

    Roast

Tomatillos, red peppers and pumpkin go over an open flame first. That is where the deeper, smokier flavor comes from.

  2. 02

    Cook

Then it is cooked in avocado oil, never seed oil, with the onions, chiles, garlic and herbs each salsa calls for.

  3. 03

    Jar

Into a 250 g glass jar with “fire roasted” above the name, and the heat in chilies under it.

Three flavors

Three flavors. Infinite possibilities.

Fire roasted. Real ingredients. No seed oils. Always delicious.

Charred red peppers, chilies, cilantro and a bowl of red salsa on a dark wooden board

Better ingredients.
Bolder snacking.

Where to buy

Find a jar near you.

Look for the black jars in the salsa aisle: green for mild, red for medium, orange for hot.
