Cut like wood

The fruit drawings behind the brand, and why they look printed rather than drawn.

The five Good Measure woodcut fruit in pine on cream: strawberry, berries, peach, watermelon and lemon

Next to the bright painted worlds on every pouch, Good Measure has a second voice: a set of fruit drawn like old woodcuts. Strawberry, berries, peach, watermelon and lemon, each built from line, stipple and hatching.

One colour, any surface

Because the drawings use a single colour, they print anywhere the paintings cannot: on a canvas tote, a sticker sheet, a postcard back, a mailer box or tissue paper. Cream on pine, or pine on cream.

The paintings and the prints

The paintings say where each fruit lives. The woodcuts say what it is. Together they let the brand be colourful where there is room and simple where there is not.
